Here are this week's 5 meals, one of each meat type, with some additional notes to add to what I've already mentioned in my meat breakdown:
Monday - Pork
Meat-Lovers Pizza Salad is a great meal to make ahead and have ready for a night you need a quick meal, I made enough for leftovers another night in case traffic kept me from getting home in time to make a quick meal Tuesday or Friday. You can throw in just about anything you put on a pizza, this time I used leftover italian sausage, bacon, ham, turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives and red peppers. Yum!
Tuesday - Turkey
Toasted Tasty Turkey Melt with sweet potato fries of course :) Quick and easy for our busy Tuesday nights.
Wednesday - Beef
Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry another one of our favorite 'chinese' meals, going to make this with some sticky white rice.
Thursday - Chicken
This is our fav chicken recipe, and they are so loaded and filling we often just have veggies on the side, like maybe even more fried mushrooms :)
Friday - Seafood
Spaghetti Supreme with Shrimp. Another quick and easy all-in-one meal, a different way to serve pasta without resorting to my usual italian recipes.
