Photo Diary - Day Thirteen

I'm trying not to post too many pictures of food, it's a little embarressing that it shows how MUCH I like food ;) but I haven't posted on Titus Tuesdays for awhile, and I tried a variation of another recipe I posted there so I thought I'd take a picture of food....again.

I loved a cuban lime marinade in this 'recipe' I posted here, so I decided to try it again but mix it up a little. This time I used white wine vinegar instead of lemon vodka, baby red potatoes instead of sweet potatoes, and asparagus and mushrooms instead of carrots. Still delish!
