Wellness Wednesday

Well, to be honest, this week's meals were healthy versions of my fav restaurant dishes. I'm still on track calorie wise and no cheats though.
I have also been lacking in activity motivation.
I'm hoping both have been because I've been sick and tired and busy. I feel better already and next week is quite a bit quieter. I hope to get in a swim to change up the routine too!
