So I just wanted to quickly welcome my sister Tami to the world of blogging, she is a Certified Personal Trainer and plans to post on some great tips/experience on healthy living, as well as life, motherhood, and faith in general.  I am so pumped to share some interweb space with my long distance sis, so WELCOME Tami!!!
