I know it is still really early in our relationship but I am really taking a shine to you! You have already produced many things I am in favor of; less stressful work, needed but unexpected apologies, a balanced approach to being vs. growing, 4 workouts (the first since August!), some really great 'light bulb' moments, and general feelings of rejuvenation.
There is the small matter of the nose bleeds however, they are very much unappreciated, but that is probably something I should take up with your team member January, not you.
